I was in my room dancing (trying to dance anyway) and all of a sudden I thought about those Whirling Dervish guys. So I started whirling, O. K. it was more spinning around with my arms flailing about. However with the exception of me being dizzy and wanting to throw up, it was a wonderful rush of youthful energy and such a pick-me up. Will have to spin in my room more often.
