It’s 3:21…

And I miss Suzanne…

Late night thoughts….

First of all I did the whole drinking thing wrong…I mean, I should have just finish drinking right now and getting myself ready to pass out. It’s 2 a.m. and I’ve done the drinking, pass out, had the hang over and gotten over it already. I guess I need to work on my timing…
Called the landlord of the place I’m planning on moving too. We are meeting on Thursday to talk about it. **sigh** Still think that I’m going to look around some more. There is just a lingering feeling that I can’t shake off about this place.
The atmosphere here with Mike and I is….I guess cool at best. He apoligized about the dishes and did them. Still, the rest of downstairs is a mess and when I’m down there, I just slowly work get myself worked up over it. I mean, it’s called cleaning up after yourself. I shouldn’t have to move your socks and the shirt that you work out in off of the couch. There is only so much you can blame on school. Well, in 2 weeks it won’t be my problem anymore. I still wonder if he has got any replys to his ad for the room; there has only been one person to see the room (that I know of anyway). All of the places that I have been too have had tons of people that have looked (or so they say).
4 more days until the DSL is gone. **sigh** Everything is backed up and downloaded. Guess I will be going to library or to Borders more often. Which is probably a good thing, since I have been lacking in the reading dept. I still read, but it is down to just one book right now (Pandora by Anne Rice). I could use some new reading material…that is what I am going to do when I move out, is buy books. There is this book sale going on at Westlake in Daly City and I have wanted to buy some books from there, but didn’t have the money. Now that I’m moving out, I can afford to buy books again.
It will be great to have a little financial room again, but I will still need to be frugal for a few months. I’ll need to pay for the security deposit, and I want to pay off my JCPennys bill and my financial aid (the small one -$1500). I need to pay car registration, but I can take care of that with the money I’ll get for the table tomorrow. Also need to shop for new clothes…That remind me of my first manager at Baskin Robbins, Sue. We had a discussion about living on your own and I vaguely remember part of the conversation was about clothes and she had to make clothes last a long time. I have been doing that with my socks and pants. And I know that a pack of socks isn’t that much. Still, I don’t trust myself enough to go and just get socks; I would get pants, and a new jacket, some new shirts, etc, etc. Maybe I’m taking the stretching of the dollar to extremes.
Wed. night Angie and I are going to go see the new Matrix movie (NOT at Century Theathers) That should be real good…except that the guy is comming out to work on the wall at the warehouse. That could be trouble.

Red ones, orange ones, and lime ones…..

webcam is on. Start taking bets on when I will throw up and what I throw up….

Drunken Saturday afternoon

Did laundry…Saw some girls jumproping out side of IHOP. That was fun to watch.
When and saw some rooms. Think that I am going to take the $650 room though..
Went to Paul party. Have to remember to eat before I start drinking. I am def. buzzed and maybe drunk, although I was able to get Peter and I home in one piece.
Was at a party of 10-20 people; however I still felt so alone….
O.K. think that I need to sleep some of this alcohol off…..

I am a hopeless schumck sometime….

Yes I am

Friday night at home, the usual

webcam is on for those that care…
Well two of my appointments canceled for tomorrow because they have selected roommates. So I’m sending even more good luck vibes for this $650 place.
Going down to the kitchen to get something to eat, I realize that it is a good time for me to take my leave of Mike. The kitchen and downstairs are absolutely filthy. I’m sure that if he doesn’t sleep on the couch again, I will find a pair of his socks on the couch tomorrow. He wasn’t like this when we lived in the towers, or even earlier this year. I try to tell myself that it could be because finals are comming up and he is too busy to clean. But I know it’s not that. I get busy sometimes and I let the dishes sit for a day, but it’s usually because he is sleeping downstairs and I don’t want to wake him up. **sigh**, well I guess we had a good run.

What a Friday…

A pretty good Friday, I must say. The day started out chaotic, with everybody at the warehouse comming in late and everybody at the store calling us. And we had alot of orders and transfers to do, but my guys are good and we got everything done.
Also checked out a place for $650/month. Actually I think it’s less, but even if it’s a little more that will be cool. Another converted private living room in a 4 bdr place a couple blocks away from City college. The guy seemed to like me and is O.K. with me making payments on the deposit. Still need to take a look at other places tomorrow, but I’m trying to project good vibes.
So a day after I went home sick, I decide to stuff myself with Krispy Kreme doughnuts. **sigh** They were so good, however the sugar high is already leaving me and I am ready to pass out. I still need to do laundry though. Think that I will nap and see what time I get up. If it’s not too late, I do laundry tonight; otherwise I’ll do it in the morning.

Friday Five for May 8th, 2003

1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not?I am a somewhat organized person. I tend to leave things in categorical piles and groups. It’s those groups that are disorganized. In my room, for instance, I have a pile of bills and important paperwork, two piles of clothes separated by whites and colors, a pile of stuff that I wanted to put on my web site.
2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly? I used to be known for my planners, and always misplacing it. I kept one until I graduated from college; once the backpack was gone, it was too much to carry around. When I had it I would use it regularly, keeping dates, addresses, and appointments in it.
3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now? My desk at work is organized in the fact that I have a pile of paperwork for the warehouse move. It’s the stuff within the pile that needs to be organized. Actually, it’s not totally organized, the desk that it. The pen drawer needs to be cleaned and organized badly. Has for home, my computer files are somewhat organized. My picture files are in their folder by the event or topic of the pictures. I want to give keyword and categories to all the pictures. However that is an tall order when you have a CD’s worth of pictures.
4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter? It depends. Right now, my DVD collection is alphabetize, but my CD’s and books aren’t. Once I move, I will probably go through and alphabetize my CD’s and books. Well, not the books. The books I just usually organize by size and series.
5. What’s the hardest thing you’ve ever had to organize? That would easily be the accounting information at the warehouse. The accounting dept got kicked out of the house that they were using has their dept while the bookstore renovation was going on. SO all of the archive stuff got sent over to the warehouse in mass disarray. I have spent the last year trying to get some organization to it.
