I kick so much warehouse

I kick so much warehouse butt…who needs Peter anyway. 😛
Well almost everything is caught up here. I didn’t touch the stuff that came in UPS today; I figure I would give Peter something to do on Monday. I also need to clean up the gift aisles, but I think that will be my project on monday.
The bookstore closes at 4pm today, so I think that I will leave early then. So I can go and get my oil changed (finally) and go grocery shopping. Should I goto CompUSA or Best Buy to look at scanners? I still have so many photos to scan; pictures that I have and then I stole a photo album from home. Too bad Mew and Mike broke up, maybe I could have gone to Kinko’s in Sac and had him scan them for me for free. Oh well.

So Sunday Morning, we crawl

So Sunday Morning, we crawl out of bed and head over to Oakland to catch our flight. We wanted to arrive early, but ended up getting their late. I love flying Southwestern; the whole cattle/sheep mentallity on boarding their flight is just so much fun **rolling my eyes**. They hand out bording passes and load up people in gropus of thirty, but it just ends up with everybody herding around the gate, whether they have number 1 or 130. If it was me, I would make everybody get in line according to the number that they had and board them one by one. But that is just the Bitch in me talking.
We we lucky to get seats next to each other on the plane though and it was a mostly uneventful flight. The thing that sucked was that our seat were nonreclineable since they were the seats next to the middle emergency doors. So it was kinda uncomfortable, but survivable.
We made it to Seattle where my dad was waiting to pick us up. I love my dad in the fact that he is so reliable, among other things. Anyway, the highlight of the trip back to the house was when my dad and I were talking and he missed the exit to get on the South Hwy 5 freeway. So we are on the crub next to the exit and my dad wants to back up to get on the exit. This is with traffic flying by us. I convinced him that we should just keep going to the next exit and turn around there to get on the freeway. Suzanne and I were freaking out, but we were cool and quiet.
O.K. Faxes are comming in, so I guess I should make an appearance on the cameras and pack this order. More story time later.

Anyway, we hung out for

Anyway, we hung out for awhile, but then left to goto Suzanne’s house so that she could pack….I was going somewhere with this, but I don’t know where. I think I was trying to work in the fact that Suzanne and I had dinner at Shogun Teriakyi in Vacaville, cause that is important later in the story. But I think we went to Shogun on Friday, not Saturday. We did, cause after dinner, we went to WalMart where I bought some Tigger underwear (I really need to post my underwear collection online) and Suzanne got some Tigger stuff to that was really cute. 😉 And then after that, we went to see Someone Like You with Ashley Judd, Greg Kinnear, Hugh Jackman, Ellen Barkin, and Marisa Tomei. It was pretty good movie, but I think that Bridget Jones Diary will be funnier.
Shogun is this japanese fast food restaurant that I used to goto all the time when I lived in Vacaville. When they first opened up, my familiy would eat there almost every night. Anyway, when I come up to Vacaville, I like to stop there to eat. I had their Tonkastu and Teriakyi Chicken plate and I think Suzanne had a california roll plate. It was pretty good stuff and we were having a fun time. In fact, that whole night was pretty fun. But that was Friday night, and it only has a little bit to do with the trip to see my parents

Meet The Parents

Let’s see, where to begin. We spent last Saturday, which was Suzanne’s last day of work with her coworkers, Debbie and Cheryl. We went to Baskin Robbins in Fairfield and I was just a total terror to the trainne that was helping us. I am so bad to them when I goto Baskin Robbins. I’m not mean, I just ask for hard and difficult stuff. With this girl, I asked for a Strawberry Daquri Freeze. A freeze is just like a shake, except that they use either soda water or Sprite instead of milk. I guess they don’t make them anymore cause they are not on the menu, but I went ahead and asked for one anyway. She thought I was crazy or something. The other person who was working knew what I wanted, but she was with another customer. Well, I just decided to change my mind and so I ordered a Cappuchino Blast made with Mint Choc Chip instead of Vanilla. Again, the girl thought that I was psycho, but she was able to make it. The cool thing about trainies is that they are still not used to scooping the ice cream. They are only suppose to give you a 4oz scoop; but with trainies, you usually end up with a 6 – 10 oz scoop depending on how bad at scooping they are. Actually, I didn’t do my famous trick of asking for a scoop of World Class Chocolate. It is regular choc and white choc swirled together. The thing is that I just ask for the white part. GOD, it’s not that hard to get a scoop of the white part, but to some BR trainies, you’d think that I had ask them to solve a complex physics problem.

Horoscope (by astrocenter.com)

There is solid grounding to your emotions right now, which is helping you stabilize your sensitive feelings. As you become better tuned with your internal needs, you may discover that recent actions in the realm of romance and love may not have been particularly appropriate. They may have seemed satisfying at the time, but on closer examination, you may discover that you were compromising yourself in order to make it seem like everything was working the way you wanted it to. Be brave and be yourself.
