Wow…if I didn’t have this gut, I would look hot!

No sure why this came up in my head, but it did.

So the AHI (Apnea–hypopnea index) tell you how many times you stop breathing for more than 10 seconds while sleeping. When I first got tested, my AHI was 17, which is considered moderate sleep apnea.
