Really should stop reading these articles and just accept that I am the warning to others, to their kids and grandkids. Eat your vegetables or you will be ugly and alone just like uncle Joe. I really should trade my car in for a van, sell everything and just live by the river. I guess it’s progress that I see myself living and not thinking about suicide. How did my married friends put up with me for so long. How did people date me for so long before ghosting me. Will this be the week that I finally push through the barriers and end the pain and suffering. Stop using food, alcohol, or the internet to try to fill the bottomless pit.
