Weekend wrap up

The big event this weekend happened today with Suzanne taking me to my first pro football game. I have pictures (mostly of the game) and I will post them when I get around to it. Also had an racial incident which is something that I would expect in the midwest, or the deep south, or in Oregon. Anyway, go to Suzanne’s journal to get the scoop on that incident.
What else happened this weekend? Suzanne and I went shopping for the wedding. Both of us struck out for outfits to wear to the weddings next month, but Suzanne had better luck than I did. I am most likely going to buy a suit, since I don’t have one. It’s a wardrobe item that I should have anyway. Maybe Friday night after work, I go and see Mr. George Zimmer about a suit.
Also went car shopping in Vallejo. The UPS driver told me about a sale that they were having at the Solano Fairgrounds, so on Sat. Suzanne and I stopped by. I had totally forgotten how predatory and slick used car salesmen could be. Oy Vey!!! When I got I went shopping for my first car, I went with my mom, who knew all of these car salesmen, so I didn’t have to really deal with them and I got a hook up. Well, most of the cars were a bust, but there was this 98 or 99 Mustang that had either 5,000 or 10,000 miles on it and was only $14,000. It had power locks/windows, AC, CD player and everything. It was an automatic, which sucked, but I seriously considered seeing if I could leave the fairgrounds with it. But I decided not too. I think that I want a brand new car. Besides, I’m sure the amount of gas that I would have to put in it would give me a heart attack.
I got this letter in the mail from the school and in it is a check for all of my rent for last semester. I went to the bank to deposit the check in my savings account. The problem; the check was suppose to have been canceled. It is the original check that the school sent to the wrong address and was supposedly lost. Well, the plan is if the check doesn’t go through, I’ll just say that I thought that I was getting a refund for all the trouble that I went through last year and that I didn’t look at the date on the check. But if it does go through, then I am putting that money on an down payment on a new car.
I have so many things to do and to say, but I am so tired and I need to go to sleep. Tomorrow I start my last class, the one class that I have to pass to graduate. Also I have to get orders received for the big electronics faire this week.
O. K. bed time

I had a dream….

I was in a classroom with the kids from Malcolm in the middle. The teacher was at the board blabing away and stuff. I heard a clicking noise and looked down and there was a scorpian on the floor. It wasn’t a big scorpian or anything. It was just scurrying around the floor. So what do I do? I start stomping my feet around it, agitating the hell out of it. Malcolm and his brothers are warning me to stop before I get stung, but I don’t listen. So the scorpian is now a little bigger, and I remember it getting into the trash can and it is eating stuff, I think that it is hair. So I start to pay attention to the teacher and then this kitten comes bouncing along. I tap my toes to get it’s attention, but the scorpian comes back out and it is much bigger than before. I tried to step on it before it could sting me, but it gets me a couple of times before it dies. I remember feeling the vemon attacking my leg and going up to my body and I think I said something about not having insurance yet. I could feel myself dying, but that’s when I woke myself up.
I wonder what it all means?

MTV Music Awards…

So MTV has been doing this award show for a couple of years now. So Missy Elliot can’t get out of her harness, I can get over that. So the camera guys are switching back and forth from the person on the stage to the crowd like they don’t know what they were doing. That I can let slide. But to fuck up a U2 performance. That’s what did it for me. I’ll watch the show later when they show it back to back to back one day.
O. K. What really did it for me was the Backstreet Boy that had the corn rolls; Oh no he didn’t. Oh yes he did.

I am so burned out

I am so burned out right now. I really have to stop drinking coffee and caffiene. My body feels so drained and tired right now.
I’m sure it is also the stress that I’m feeling right now. I can’t wait to get home to take a nap. But then I have class at 7pm. I guess I should do some reading before class.

No, Not Work!!!!

**sigh** Tomorrow, back to the chaos that is the first weeks of school. I have to get through to the Advising center to find out is I can get out of this Asian Amer Class.
I’ve finish cleaning up the room, since I don’t know when I’ll be getting a new roommate. I wish that I wasn’t getting one, cause I like have both beds pushed together so that I’m sleeping on one big bed. Hopefully, I won’t have any problems with the new roommate.
O. K. the room is cleaned, my teeth are brushed, so I think that I’m going to bed early so that I can get to work tomorrow.

Suzanneand I got out of

Suzanneand I got out of the house around 1pm and headed to Golden Gate park to visit the Academy of Sciences, cause I’ve never been before. After getting a sweet parking space in front of the Academy and paying three dollars for parking, we find out that it is closed cause of a fire that they had. 🙁 With the de Young Museum also closed, there was no reason to stay; O. K. we could have gone to the Japanese Tea Gardens, but I wasn’t up for that and besides, it looked really crowded.
So we took off to goto Concord to Sun Valley Mall, via a scenic route through San Francisco (we went down Fulton to go downtown and got on the freeway at 5th street). Anyway, we eventually got to the mall and after eating lunch at Johnny Rockets, we did some shopping. Unfortunately, we just wasn’t really in the mood to shop, and so we kinda half-assed around. Kinda of a disappointment.
Afterward, we headed up to Antioch to wait for Suzanne’s family to show up so that we could goto Vallejo to have dinner with her grandmother. Suzanne’s younger sister, Kimberlee showed up from the Ren Faire and we waited around. I continued my mini-crusade of cleaning their house by helping them make a path through the living room so that when the movers come tomorrow with their new beds, they’ll have room to move. We found some memento’s and Suzanne’s old yearbook, which was fun to look through. Eventually Suzanne’s mom showed up, but it was too late for us to go out for dinner.
Suzanne’s mom and Kimberlee went out and Suzanne and I hung out at her house talking for a couple of hours. Then I had to leave to catch BART. I thought that I would have an uneventful trip, but I think that there was this Mexican guy trying to hit on me. So I moved seats and then there was this bum that was harassing me. SO I got off at the Oakland stop to get away from the both of them. 20 min later I boarded another train and got to Daly City safety.
Muni took forever to get to the BART station, and there was this guy, who I guess had never taken the bus before, cause he was nervous as fuck. It was driving me crazy. The bus eventually came and I got to the campus in one piece. So I’m walking to my apartment and there is this drunk guy swerving all over the path in front of me. I kept my distance and if he would have gotten in real trouble, I’d would have helped him. But he made it to the dorms O. K. and it was funny just watching him.
**yawn** I am pretty tired so I’m hitting the sack. Tomorrow is homework for me. I’m hoping that I can drop my Asian Amer. Seminar class; but until I do, I need to do the homework. I have to make a presentation of the Asian Americans from Nepal, Tibet, and Bangladesh. I have to find population, economy, education, and one other figure and I have to find these figures for national, state, and city. I also have to come up with some ideas for my final project, I have to write a one page bio sheet with my info on it, and I have to prepare some interview question to ask the professor on Tuesday. **sigh** I really hope that I can get out of this class. I was also going to goto Borders to see if they have any books on theSFSU Strike of 1969 (for my history class that I need to take to graduate.) And if Peter is home, I might have him drive me to work to pick up my car so I can drop it off at Sears. O.k. Sleep time.

Bored and smacking boobies around…

What else is there to do on a lazy Sunday Morning? Suzanne and I are just lounging around right now, but we will get up later and goto the Discovery Museum @ Golden Gate Park today cause I’ve never been.
Is it O. K. to have Hagen Daas for Breakfast?
Anyway, I had the great idea of going to the tapings of the American Iron Chef while we were in Vegas for the wedding, but I can’t find any info on them. 🙁 Maybe I should post on the Iron Chef journal about it.
O. K. Suzanne is beating on my boobies, so I think that I need to entertain her

Suzanne’s feet stink…

Cause she has been walking around all day long, getting the birthday love.
In case ya didn’t know, today is Suzanne’sBirthday. She is the ripe old age of 22; well her feet smell pretty ripe. Anyway, we celebrated the day by going to the Renaissance Faire in Vacaville with her family including her sister’s fiance and his kids. It was good times held by all. I got Suzanne a season pass for the faire, cause she will probably end up going almost every weekend. I also got her some fur lined cuff, cause some time you just need to be cuff to the bed and spanked. Heh heh. Anyway, I also got a mug and a shot glass for myself and a pewter fairy for Amber for her birthday at the end of this month.
I also got a pimp-ass hat to go with the costume that Suzanne is making for me. I’ll post pics later or goto Suzanne’s page to see it. And we also got a chance to see Mariah a.k.a. Kabuki. It was cool to see and to talk to her since she hasn’t been on LJ that much.
So what else did I get Suzanne. Well, I got her a new cell phone, I got her a web cam, but it is in Fed Ex purgatory (long story, I have to pick it up on Tuesday). I was going to get her a T.V also, but she thinks that I am spending too much money on her. I have a substitute present that I can get her on Tuesday that she can’t refuse. Heh, heh.
So we were coming home and Suzanne woke me up as we got out the ACldecott Tunnel to look at the SF skyline. The sky and the surrounding area was outlined be a wall of fog. It was really pretty, but it reminded me of the movie Dark City for some reason. In a nut shell, the movie is about these guys who kidnapped a city and steal their dreams every night. It was a really bad movie and the only reason that I remember it is cause my old friend Jesse Holm, invited me to watch it at the theater that he worked at (the California in Berkeley). Anyway, even getting drunk off of a six pack of beer and a 4 pack of Kahlua and milk, I still couldn’t like the movie. It was just BAD.
O. K. I’m being nibbled on so I guess I should pay attention to the birthday girl.
