I am not exactly the best when it comes to leadership. If I have to be one, then I can step in, but it’s leans towards the heavy handed and dictatorship. Otherwise, I am very lassie
faire; basicly do whatever you want to do as long has you don’t cause problems or get into trouble. So the warehouse crew pretty much does what it wants at times.
But I guess there comes a point when things get carried away and Peter has def. cross that line. He told me that he was starting summer school this week and it doesn’t start until next week. And today he just didn’t even show up. I don’t know if he has just quit or if he is sick or what. But at this point I don’t care. I going to talk to Amber tomorrow and see about transfering him to the store. He can either work for S/R or for supplies, but I don’t care. I’m not his mom, and if he can’t get to work on time or even an hour late, then I don’t want to deal with him anymore.
