It’s been a pretty interesting day for my first time in court. This time the case went to a judge since both lawyers waived a jury trial. I suspect it’s since one is from San Jose and the other is from Rocklin/Sacramento. Lots of background stuff that you don’t see on the TV shows. Lots of paperwork that I would lose if I was a lawyer. Still, it was interesting to see that the transcriber is still there typing away and saving it to a floppy drive. So we are out for lunch and when we get back, closing arguments. I don’t have to stay, but I have the whole day off so I might as well. Wonder what I should do afterwards. I could go to the Asian Art Museum. Could also find a hot tub place or a spa to complete my psychologist homework. Or I could go home and finally clean my room. Hmmmm decisions, decision…
