Felt tired eating the sandwich, fries, and drink

Steps Walked – Who Knows….

So it was the end of the day at work and I decided to look at my steps and it said that I had only waked 4000 steps, which is down alot from what I usually walk. So I reset the counter and did 100 steps at a regular pace and it came to 145. So, I’m trying to rest all of info but I cant figure out how to do it. So no more entries until I figure things out.

Forgot to wear my pedometer yet again. But today was alot like yesterday.

I forgot to wear my pedometer today. I don’t think that I walked that much today since I mostly did paperwork. I did walk to Radio Shack today, about 1/4 mile at most.

1 7-11 BBQ sandwich (actually better than it sounds)
2 slices of toasted bread w/butter
16oz gatoraide
2 servings of chicken cream pasta

Between this and being on a liquid diet, you’d think that I would have lost weight, but according to Barbara’s scale, I’m 205 lbs. 😛 Anyway, I should probably also start listing what I eat along with the steps taken. Also 24 hr fitness is suppose to have a no enrollment promo going on. Maybe this is the time to join up.
