That is all

Apparently for my accident, the contractor was 50% at fault for not having flagmen at the gate to the warehouse to direct traffic, the dump truck driver, Mr.Townzen is 35% at fault for not seeing me in the driveway and not looking out of his right side mirror, and I am at 15% fault for not moving my car out the way in time.

Overall interesting day.  Realize that I need to learn how to better judge distances and attach a camera to my car so I can record EVERYTHING if I ever get into another accident.

I really need to do something about my weight. Looking for that one thing, person, or event that will get me into the gym. I am a size 38/XLarge no matter how much I want to deny it. I really need to accept it or start loosing the weight. Expect I have no motivation. I blame the pills; depresssion iss going away, but I'm left with nothing inside of me. Trying to come with grips that the only way for me to live is to live an empty life.

It's been a pretty interesting day for my first time in court. This time the case went to a judge since both lawyers waived a jury trial. I suspect it's since one is from San Jose and the other is from Rocklin/Sacramento. Lots of background stuff that you don't see on the TV shows. Lotss of paperwork that I would lose if I was a lawyer. Still, it was interesting to see that the transcriber is still there typing away and saving it to a floppy drive. So we are out for lunch and when we get back, closing arguements. I don't have to stay, but I have the whole day off so I might as well. Wonder what I should do afterwards. I coul goto the Asian Art Museum. Could also find a hot tub place or a spa to complete my psycologist homework. Or I could go home and finally clean my room. Hmmmm decisions, decision...

I was in a banquet room with a whole bunch of people all dressed up.  April was there, but she wasn’t the bride.  We had these crown to put on and no one could figure out how to put them on except for April.  The bride also lost her wedding vows, so she was rewriting them.  I had my on a piece of paper.  It was only two lines, but I was going to based the rest of the vows around those two lines. Then I walked out with the best man to where the wedding was at to let the guest know that we were about ready to start.  But the band and the party started too soon so me and the best man had to jump into the line somehow.  And it was a weird wedding march, it was like we were stepping or dancing to the alter.  The best man was freaking out and I told him to calm down since all he had to do was to give me the ring and make a speech at the wedding.  Not sure if the best man was Jesse or Jason, then the bride’s music came on and I woke up.

 

I wonder who the bride was?

I am annoyed that my court date was changed w/o anyone telling me. so i have to take another day off to goto court. told monica that I was comming in, but I'm wondering if I shouldn't just make a day of it well, i'm at stacks right now for breakfast, so i guess i've already started
