You discover that your wonderful one-year-old child is, because of a mix up at the hospital, not yours. Would you want to exchange the child to try to correct the mistake?OMG, talk about a tough one. I think I’m going to say yes based on the age of the child. I mean if the child was older, then I don’t see what good it would be to change children. However, a child that young, the damage would be minimal to none. I mean, it’s a one year old baby, s/he is having enough trouble sleeping at night and crawling around. Are they even crawling or are they just learning to roll and lift their head up? Now a child that was a couple of years older, then you would have some explaining to do and the situation could get ugly. Also could get ugly when the child is in his/her teens or an adult and you lay this on them, although hopefully they would be able to handle it. God, I already feel weird about this answer, but I think that I will stick with it.
